General Terms & Conditions:

  1. The Promotion / Draw (“PPGA Fundraising Event”) is open to all visitors of Singapore Gifts & Premiums Fair (SGPFair) 2014 and Office Expo Asia (OEA) 2014, except employees of BizLink Exhibition Services Pte Ltd and their immediate family members. Winner(s) may be required to sign a written statement confirming their eligibility before prize collection.

  2. Every attendee who visits SGPFair and OEA, and makes a $15 purchase from the Charity Booth located within the exhibition hall will receive a receipt cum ticket for 1 chance to win a Pair of 2.06 carat Princess-Cut Stud Earrings in White Gold, worth SGD 39,220 (“Prize”).

  3. Qualifying period ends on 18 July 2014, 3.45pm.

  4. The Draw will take place at the following timing, 18 July 2014, 4.00pm at the Opening Ceremony stage area inside the exhibition hall.

  5. All receipt cum ticket stubs collected from the 3 Show days (16 July 2014 to 18 July 2014, inclusive of both dates) will be combined to select the winner for the Draw.

  6. Entry collection will open till 15 minutes before the Draw. NO MORE receipt cum ticket stubs will be collected and placed into the lucky draw box on 18 July 2014 after 3.45pm.

  7. To be eligible to win the Prize, the holder of the winning receipt cum ticket stub must be present at Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre (Level 1, Exhibition Hall A & B) at the time of the Draw. The winner must present the original winning receipt cum ticket stub in good condition. The original winning receipt cum ticket stub will be retained by The Organiser.

  8. The Organiser may at its sole discretion substitute or replace any prize with any other prize of equal or similar value (in kind) without prior notice. Unless otherwise indicated by The Organiser, all prizes are non-transferable and are not exchangeable for cash or for any other item.

  9. By entering this Promotion, the winner agrees and consents to The Organiser and Sponsor independently collecting, using and sharing their personal data, including their name, photograph and NRIC number (as may be necessary), amongst themselves and disclosing the same between Organisers, the Sponsor and/or their respective authorised service providers for the purposes of (i) administering and promoting the Contest, including to contact the winners of the Contest; and (ii) publicity and/or advertising campaigns across all media, including in the Organisers’ printed publications, audio and/or visual presentations, promotional materials and/or their websites, whether in the original or edited format. The winner further agrees and acknowledges that each of the the Organiser and/or the Sponsor shall have the independent right to use their personal data for the purposes as aforesaid and that the Organiser and Sponsor shall independently own the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in and to the records of the personal data without any further compensation to the winner.

  10. This Promotion and the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Singapore law and each participant agrees to submit any claim, dispute or controversy to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.

  11. The Organiser is not a supplier of the product(s) offered and shall not bear any liability in relation thereto.

  12. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, during the Promotion and/or as a result of taking or using any of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

  13. In case of any disputes, The Organisers’ decision is final.

Open to Trade Buyers. General public and minors below the age of 16, whether accompanied or not, will not be permitted entry.

Admission is free.

A separate line for pre-registered Buyers ensures minimum wait time before entering the exhibition hall.

On-site registration is open each day during the show. All Buyers must wear an event badge to enter the exhibition hall.
